I'm going to be a flutist! A good friend of mine has a spare flute and she's going to start giving me lessons. I'm really excited about this because I've been dying to play an instrument for some time now. Even better, she will be living right downstairs from me! If I end up really enjoying it, I will probably buy my own flute - but only if I can play well. Otherwise, I'll pick a different instrument. :)
I'm getting more and more excited about the move the closer it gets to April 1. John and I haven't packed anything yet and we've only got 3 1/2 weeks left! Every day, I say I'll pack after work and every weekend I intend to start packing, but I never seem to get going. Maybe tonight I will start...or not. After all, it is American Idol time again...and nothing can come between me and my AI.
Spring is less than 2 weeks from now!! Daylight Savings in less than 4!!!! I miss the daylight. I miss actually being able to go outside after work. I spend all day stuck in this office and it's nice to get some fresh air at the end of the day. Love the job, love the company, but sometimes work is a prison cell.
