Boss couldn't send or receive e-mail or open the web browser on his Blackberry.
Boss handed it to me and told me to fix it.
I took out the battery, put it back in, turned on the device and it was fixed.
Boss says I'm a genius.
Boss says it's great to finally have some common sense in the office.
