I am so overwhelmed with work right now and the last thing I should be doing is blogging but I need a break.
We are experiencing a ridiculously high rate of return on one of the most popular parts we manufacture here. I am trying to sift through and analyze 5 years of testing, assembly, inspection and sales records to try and find out what is wrong with these parts. Aside from this mess, I have something like 10 other projects that I need to complete this week, one of which is a pile of accounting that I can't look at without twitching.
Oh, and I just got an e-mail from a guy named Shital looking for a lead time on a part. 6 weeks. His name is how I feel.
