My day with the dead (with pictures!)

I went walking today in Hope Cemetery and St. something-or-other's in Worcester, MA. The weather was awesome and I took some pictures:
This is the barbed wire fence that separates the two cemeteries. Just before I left Hope Cemetery, I saw a couple of kids jump the fence from the other cemetery into this one. I don't know why they don't just put a gate here.
I just like this one lone headstone and the broken rusty fence in the background...it's creepy.
I think this is cute. It's a little family plot under the tree.
Just a nice view...
Another nice view...
and another...
This is my favorite corner of the Cemetery. There is a Jewish section in the corner and all the stones are really neat and very close together. Someone once told me that they are buried vertically...anyone know if that's true?
I really like this:
Here's a nice long shot taken in the St. so and so's Cemetery...
This is quite possibly my favorite cemetery statue, I love it.
Here is another very nice statue...
Okay, is it just me, or does this look like Mr. Herholz? (Only like 4 or 5 of you will get this)
Here's a very hairy tree:
This is so cool:
The view from under a willow tree.
And speaking of the trees, they have faces, look:
Pouty
Howler
Grinning
Silly face
D'oh!
Tell me this is not the Easter bunny!!!
A good place to stash bodies:
One day, we all must face it.
